Entertainment Arts Alum Ricardo Rioja Named Rookies Awards Finalist

We’re excited to share that Ricardo Rioja, an Entertainment Arts KPU alumni, has been selected as a finalist in the Rookies Awards for his latest submission in the 3D Animation category.

Ricardo’s entry, Modeling, Texturing and LookDev, showcases a strong body of work that reflects both technical skill and artistic growth. Being named a finalist places him among emerging artists from around the world whose work is reviewed and recognised by industry professionals.

The Rookies Awards is an international platform that celebrates student and early-career talent across animation, VFX, games and visual arts, making this a significant milestone in Ricardo’s creative journey.
